This research analyzes the impact of remote and/or hybrid working on the efficiency and productivity of workers in activities carried out under these modalities, identifying which internal and external factors lead to this objective. To this end, a mixed-method research approach was applied, using 30 surveys. In addition, the results obtained from these surveys were compared with studies conducted by other researchers that are related in some way to the initial topic of this research. In this regard, positive aspects were found, such as a general preference for adopting or increasing remote working days among those who already work in a hybrid mode, thanks to the advantages it offers: "comfort and peace of mind, to name a few. Similarly, disadvantages such as technological deficiencies and limited internal communication are also evident. Therefore, it is concluded that remote and hybrid work is a tool that enhances well-being at work, as long as there is an adequate relationship between the employer, the worker, and the technology.en
