Enlace vivo : prototipo de vivienda productiva unifamiliar en Armero Guayabal

Abstract

Este documento presenta una propuesta de tesis centrada en el diseño de viviendas productivas unifamiliares en Armero Guayabal, con el objetivo de abordar la integración social y económica de sus habitantes. La investigación parte de la premisa de que la arquitectura puede desempeñar un papel fundamental en la regeneración de comunidades afectadas por desastres, promoviendo no solo el refugio, sino también el desarrollo sostenible y la cohesión social. El proyecto se fundamenta en la incorporación de materiales autóctonos y sostenibles, adaptados al contexto climático y cultural de la región, buscando minimizar el impacto ambiental y optimizar el confort térmico de las viviendas. A través de un enfoque participativo, se involucra a la comunidad en el proceso de diseño, asegurando que las soluciones arquitectónicas respondan a sus necesidades específicas y respeten su memoria histórica. La metodología incluye estudios de campo para evaluar las características del entorno y la infraestructura, así como herramientas de simulación para mejorar el rendimiento energético de las viviendas. La propuesta no solo pretende cubrir las necesidades habitacionales, sino también integrar espacios destinados a actividades productivas que fortalezcan la economía local y fomenten la cohesión social. Finalmente, se plantea la hipótesis de que un modelo de vivienda productiva, diseñado con criterios arquitectónicos que consideren la relación entre el entorno, la comunidad y la sostenibilidad, puede generar un impacto positivo en la calidad de vida de los residentes, contribuyendo así a la revitalización de Armero Guayabal y la preservación de su legado cultural.

This document presents a thesis proposal focused on the design of singlefamily productive housing in Armero Guayabal, with the aim of addressing the social and economic integration of its inhabitants. The research is based on the premise that architecture can play a fundamental role in the regeneration of communities affected by disasters, promoting not only shelter, but also sustainable development and social cohesion. The project is based on the incorporation of indigenous and sustainable materials, adapted to the climatic and cultural context of the region, seeking to minimize the environmental impact and optimize the thermal comfort of the homes. Through a participatory approach, the community is involved in the design process, ensuring that the architectural solutions respond to their specific needs and respect their historical memory. The methodology includes field studies to evaluate the characteristics of the environment and infrastructure, as well as simulation tools to improve the energy performance of the homes. The proposal not only aims to cover housing needs, but also to integrate spaces for productive activities that strengthen the local economy and promote social cohesion. Finally, the hypothesis is raised that a productive housing model, designed with architectural criteria that consider the relationship between the environment, the community and sustainability, can generate a positive impact on the quality of life of residents, thus contributing to the revitalization of Armero Guayabal and the preservation of its cultural legacy.
