Del Fragmento a la Integración: Arquitectura Híbrida como Estrategia de Integración Urbana. Diseño de un Edificio Arquitectónico en Bogotá

Abstract

En el contexto de las ciudades contemporáneas, caracterizadas en cierta parte por la fragmentación del tejido urbano y la segregación funcional, Bogotá presenta dinámicas que dificultan la integración de actividades diversas en un mismo entorno construido. Esta disociación de usos ha afectado la continuidad espacial y ha limitado las posibilidades de encuentro e intercambio colectivo y la vitalidad urbana. El proyecto parte de la necesidad de considerar las relaciones que se dan entre vivienda, comercio y equipamientos colectivos desde una perspectiva de mixticidad y articulación funcional, con el fin de proponer un diseño arquitectónico, situado en la localidad de Santa Fe; sector estratégico de la ciudad por ser parte del centro histórico e internacional. Desde una perspectiva que integra conceptos como arquitectura híbrida, tejido urbano y espacio colectivo, la propuesta de diseño explora configuraciones espaciales que favorezcan la interacción social, la continuidad del espacio público y la relación activa con el entorno inmediato por medio de cuatro torres con actividades mixtas y residenciales que se alzan sobre una plataforma, respondiendo a la segregación y abandono del contexto.

In the context of contemporary cities, characterized to some extent by the fragmentation of the urban fabric and functional segregation, Bogotá presents dynamics that hinder the integration of diverse activities within a single built environment. This dissociation of uses has affected spatial continuity and limited the possibilities for collective encounters and exchanges, as well as urban vitality. The project stems from the need to consider the relationships between housing, commerce, and public facilities from a perspective of mix and functional articulation, in order to propose an architectural design located in the town of Santa Fe, a strategic sector of the city as part of the historic and international center. From a perspective that integrates concepts such as hybrid architecture, urban fabric, and collective space, the design proposal explores spatial configurations that favor social interaction, the continuity of public space, and an active relationship with the immediate surroundings. The project thus proposes a set of towers that respond to the segregation and abandonment of the context, promoting a more compact, diverse, and connected city.
