Abstract

Mediante un análisis del sector, se decide tomar en cuenta este lote, debido a la ubicación que este posee y al mantener una inclinación que puede aprovecharse para el montaje del diseño buscado, y tomar relevancia con el paisaje de este sector, se busca dar una visibilidad al conjunto aprovechando el lugar en el que se encuentra ubicado y el contexto que este tiene para que se puedan valer no solo los turistas, sino también los usuarios y personas que habitan el sector. En un mundo donde la urbanización avanza rápidamente y los recursos naturales son cada vez más limitados, la integración de la vivienda con el paisaje se presenta como una necesidad imperante. Este enfoque no solo busca minimizar el impacto negativo sobre el medio ambiente, sino también mejorar la calidad de vida de las personas al crear entornos habitables más saludables y sostenibles respondiendo a la importancia de encontrar soluciones arquitectónicas sostenibles que respeten y aprovechen las características del paisaje natural. La integración de la vivienda en el paisaje no solo implica aspectos técnicos o estéticos, si no también éticos y sociales En muchas regiones, la desconexión entre las construcciones y su entorno ha provocado la degradación del paisaje, el agotamiento de los recursos y la pérdida de la identidad cultural local.
