Abstract

El proyecto de Vivienda de Interés Social en Yopal Casanare se encamina a responder el derecho de Vivienda digna debido al déficit y que se genera por una comunidad que se desplaza hacia su lugar de trabajo y diferentes actividades, por eso se debe cumplir con los postulados de una vivienda de calidad, se tiene en cuenta un título de propiedad, servicios públicos, agua, electricidad, alcantarillado, materiales de construcción, con vías de acceso y espacio público. El proyecto tiene el enfoque de desarrollar dos tipologías multifamiliar y unifamiliar , se tiene en cuenta las opiniones de los usuarios de vivienda de interés social en sus relatos, ya que ellos son los principales autores y afectados del estado para enfrentar la dificultad de la vivienda, se tiene en cuenta materiales sostenibles , los cuales ayudaran a disminuir el impacto en el medio ambiente, se busca desarrollar espacios que brinden confort, seguridad y armonía
