Proyecto Oasis: Eco-Hotel en el Desierto de la Tatacoa con Énfasis en el Proceso Constructivo Superadobe

Abstract

El tema de mi investigación es la implementación de Super Adobe (un método constructivo alternativo) en la elaboración de un Eco hotel en el desierto de la Tatacoa, el cual va contar con una infraestructura la cual sea amable con su entorno que cumpla con las necesidades de este uso dotacional pero que de igual forma no sea ajeno a su ambiente este contara con cabañas de hospedaje, piscina, miradores, zonas administrativas y espacios de entretenimiento; el desierto de la tatacoa se reconoce como un lugar turístico por su topografía con diferentes ambientes como lo son el desierto rojo y blanco, también se resalta su vida nocturna siendo un sector utilizado para la observación del cielo nocturno, al encontrarse en una reserva natural se puede entender que la intervención de este es un poco limitada y no se puede colocar un edificio en medio del desierto, de igual forma el movimiento o traslado de material al sito del proyecto es una problemática por lo cual se ha pensado que al implementar este método de construcción nos permite utilizar el mismo terreno de excavación como material para levantar el proyecto. En resumen, la investigación se enfoca en la implementación de sostenibilidad, respeto por el entorno natural y eficiencia logística al implementar el método Super Adobe en la construcción de un eco hotel en el desierto de la Tatacoa.

The topic of my research is the implementation of Super Adobe (an alternative construction method) in the development of an Eco hotel in the Tatacoa desert, which will have an infrastructure that is friendly to its environment and meets the needs of this endowment use but that is also not alien to its environment, it will have lodging cabins, a swimming pool, viewing points, administrative areas and entertainment spaces; The Tatacoa Desert is recognized as a tourist place due to its topography with different environments such as the red and white desert. Its nightlife is also highlighted, being a sector used for observing the night sky. Being located in a natural reserve, it is can understand that its intervention is a bit limited and a building cannot be placed in the middle of the desert, likewise the movement or transfer of material to the project site is a problem, which is why it has been thought that when implementing this method construction allows us to use the same excavation land as material to build the project. In summary, the research focuses on the implementation of sustainability, respect for the natural environment and logistical efficiency when implementing the Super Adobe method in the construction of an-eco-hotel in the Tatacoa desert.
