Inadecuación del diseño arquitectónico de la vivienda colectiva, a las expectativas de la población suburbana.

Abstract

El objetivo de este proyecto es hacer un análisis a las viviendas colectivas en la ciudad de Facatativá para la mejora de la misma. Este proyecto tiene como fin entender y tener en cuenta la vivienda colectiva desde diferentes puntos de vista entre ellos la opinión del constructor, comprador y el arrendatario, para así poder modificar y mejorar la habitabilidad en este tipo de vivienda a raíz de las problemáticas encontradas. Para lograr los objetivos del proyecto se analizará cuáles son las deficiencias en estas viviendas, adicional a esto se hace una investigación a los usuarios donde ellos mediante una entrevista cualitativa a profundidad narran su experiencia habitando en una de estas viviendas, se obtendrán datos que son clave para la renovación de estos espacios para poder brindarle a los próximos usuarios la mayor comodidad y facilidad desde las áreas comunes hasta las áreas privadas. Es importante tener en cuenta el costo de vida para así poder solucionarlo y reducirlo haciendo un edificio sustentable y ecológico, mediante energía eólica y solar. Los espacios reducidos son una de las principales problemáticas que se van a solucionar, esto a raíz del diseño arquitectónico donde se creen espacios sin alterar los precios de las mismas, para ello se crearan nuevos tipos de apartamentos para diferentes tipos de usuarios donde se puedan aprovechar aún mejor los espacios teniendo en cuenta las discapacidades de movilidad y visual que algunos de los usuarios puede llegar a presentar

The objective of this project is to analyze the collective housing in the city of Facatativá in order to improve it. This project aims to understand and take into account the collective housing from different points of view including the opinion of the builder, buyer and tenant, in order to modify and improve the habitability in this type of housing as a result of the problems encountered. To achieve the objectives of the project we will analyze what are the deficiencies in these homes, in addition to this an investigation is made to the users where they through a qualitative in-depth interview narrate their experience living in one of these homes, data will be obtained that are key to the renovation of these spaces to provide the next users the greatest comfort and ease from the common areas to the private areas. It is important to take into account the cost of living in order to solve and reduce it by making a sustainable and ecological building, through wind and solar energy. The reduced spaces are one of the main problems to be solved, this as a result of the architectural design where spaces are created without altering the prices of the same, for this new type of apartments will be created for different types of users where they can make even better use of the spaces taking into account the mobility and visual disabilities that some of the users may have
