Ecohotel Guatapécol: Proyecto Arquitectónico Sostenible y de Turismo Responsable

Abstract

La industria ecohotelera representa en la actualidad una oportunidad para la correcta gestión y aprovechamiento de los recursos ambientales de los territorios. Lo anterior, desde la prestación del servicio de alojamiento ambientalmente sostenible. Es así, como en el presente proyecto se propone la construcción de un Ecohotel ubicado en Guatapé, el municipio más turístico de Antioquia. Guatapé ha demostrado ser un pueblo con gran potencial para el desarrollo social y económico, ya que se caracteriza por ser un atractivo turístico no solo para nacionales sino también para extranjeros.Guatapé, no sólo cuenta con un gran potencial en su patrimonio cultural, a su vez, tiene riquezas naturales propias de la evolución del municipio. En los últimos años ha ganado reconocimiento en el sector turístico gracias a su cultura, clima, belleza natural, paisajes, colores y oferta de actividades de entretenimiento.Es así, como el presente proyecto se encuentra enfocado en la construcción de un Ecohotel que tiene como objetivo la preservación y potencialización de la identidad cultural del municipio. Este proyecto, presenta la oportunidad de promover la sostenibilidad y responsabilidad ambiental desde un potencial de atracción turística con valor cultural y ambiental. La abundante belleza natural de Guatapé, la represa, sus montañas y vegetación circulante son los principales atractivos que prometen que el Ecohotel sea una experiencia de contacto directo con la naturaleza sin dejar de lado el compromiso con la preservación del entorno a través de prácticas sostenibles.

Thus, this project is focused on the construction of an ecohotel that aims to preserve and enhance the cultural identity of the municipality. This project presents the opportunity to promote sustainability and environmental responsibility from a potential tourist attraction with cultural and environmental value. The abundant natural beauty of Guatapé, the dam, its mountains and circulating vegetation are the main attractions that promise that the Ecohotel will be an experience of direct contact with nature without neglecting the commitment to the preservation of the environment through sustainable practices.
