Abstract

A través de este proyecto, se pretende explorar diversas formas de construir una memoria colectiva. Se busca comprender la naturaleza transitoria de la arquitectura, conectando elementos culturales en un entorno emblemático. El sitio intervenido se convierte en un punto de encuentro entre diferentes funciones. Los decretos de preservación, enmarcados en políticas de pueblos "Patrimonio", abogan por la conservación de elementos clave para la reconexión y la trascendencia a través de la arquitectura. Las características geográficas favorecen un equilibrio entre actividades turísticas, comerciales y culturales, destacando la importancia de los bienes culturales para preservar el pasado. Se realiza una evaluación exhaustiva de los impactos en entornos culturales, con el objetivo de mejorar la calidad de vida y los espacios habitables. Se busca proporcionar a los visitantes recorridos enriquecedores y placenteros al caminar, ver y experimentar el entorno. Se establece un lenguaje más armonioso con el entorno y los visitantes, fomentando experiencias únicas y agradables. Se aprovecha el recorrido cultural del sitio y se establece una interdependencia entre la narrativa cronológica y el espacio físico. El objetivo es mejorar la infraestructura física, fortalecer el sentido de pertenencia y promover un diálogo cultural para atraer a más visitantes interesados en explorar las riquezas históricas de la región.

Through this project, we aim to explore various ways of building a collective memory. It seeks to understand the transitory nature of architecture, connecting cultural elements in an emblematic environment. The intervened site becomes a meeting point between different functions. Preservation decrees, framed in “Heritage” town policies, advocate for the conservation of key elements for reconnection and transcendence through architecture. The geographical characteristics favor a balance between tourist, commercial and cultural activities, highlighting the importance of cultural assets to preserve the past. A comprehensive evaluation of the impacts on cultural environments is carried out, with the aim of improving the quality of life and living spaces. It seeks to provide visitors with enriching and pleasant tours when walking, seeing and experiencing the environment. A more harmonious language is established with the environment and visitors, promoting unique and pleasant experiences. The cultural route of the site is taken advantage of and an interdependence is established between the chronological narrative and the physical space. The objective is to improve physical infrastructure, strengthen the sense of belonging and promote a cultural dialogue to attract more visitors interested in exploring the historical riches of the region.
