Módulo como Medio de Expansión de la Vivienda Rural en Entornos Agrícolas

Abstract

Este estudio se enfoca en mejorar las condiciones de la vivienda rural mediante la implementación de módulos que contribuyan al crecimiento familiar y fomente la expansión de la producción agrícola en las regiones de Boyacá y Casanare, Colombia. Este proyecto aborda las rigideces estructurales en las viviendas rurales que limitan la productividad agrícola y la calidad de vida de los agricultores. A través de un enfoque arquitectónico modular, se busca desarrollar viviendas flexibles, adaptables y que se integren armoniosamente en el entorno rural. Este estudio identifica las limitaciones espaciales y funcionales de las viviendas actuales, subrayando la necesidad de intervenciones que mejoren tanto la productividad como la calidad de vida. Se propone un modelo de vivienda que responda a las condiciones socioeconómicas, culturales y ambientales específicas de la región, con el objetivo de promover el desarrollo económico regional, mejorar las condiciones de vida y trabajo de los agricultores, y preservar la identidad cultural y económica de las comunidades rurales.

This study focuses on improving rural housing conditions through the implementation of modules that contribute to family growth and encourage the expansion of agricultural production in the regions of Boyacá and Casanare, Colombia. Through a modular architectural approach, the aim is to develop flexible, adaptable homes that integrate harmoniously into the rural environment. This study identifies the spatial and functional limitations of current housing, highlighting the need for interventions that improve both productivity and quality of life.
