Abstract

La realización de este proyecto se fundamentó en una exhaustiva investigación que abarcó diversos temas, utilizando referentes y aportes de destacados autores. Este enfoque nos condujo hacia la identificación de soluciones para abordar los problemas identificados, justificando así la necesidad de intervención. Los objetivos trazados se alinean con las distintas problemáticas detectadas, y estamos comprometidos a responder a las propuestas emanadas de la ciudadanía, asegurando una atención integral a las necesidades presentes en la localización específica. En particular, este proyecto se centra en la revitalización del malecón turístico de Acacias, Meta. La iniciativa tiene como objetivo principal la restauración y organización de cada espacio, abordando problemas específicos como el deterioro de los senderos peatonales, la necesidad de mantenimiento de las zonas verdes y la limpieza del río Acacias y del propio malecón. Esta intervención no solo busca solucionar los problemas identificados, sino también crear un entorno óptimo que proporcione a los habitantes de Acacias y a los visitantes un espacio agradable. La restauración de los senderos peatonales, el embellecimiento de las zonas verdes y la limpieza del entorno acuático no solo mejorarán la estética del lugar, sino que también proporcionarán a los acacireños y turistas un ambiente propicio para disfrutar en compañía de sus familias. Con la creación de extensos recorridos por zonas verdes, la presencia de restaurantes y senderos peatonales accesibles para todos, se busca no solo satisfacer las necesidades recreativas de la comunidad, sino también impulsar la economía local, fomentar el turismo, enriquecer la cultura y elevar el reconocimiento tanto de Acacias como del departamento del Meta. Este proyecto, por ende, no solo se concibe como una restauración física, sino como una contribución integral al bienestar y desarrollo de la comunidad local. Este proyecto no solo busca mejorar la infraestructura del malecón turístico, sino que aspira a ser un modelo integral de desarrollo que abarque aspectos ambientales, sociales y económicos. La colaboración entre la comunidad, autoridades locales y otras partes interesadas será fundamental para asegurar el éxito a largo plazo de esta iniciativa de revitalización.

The realization of this project was based on exhaustive research that covered various topics, using references and contributions from prominent authors. This approach led us towards identifying solutions to address the identified problems, thus justifying the need for intervention. The objectives set are aligned with the different problems detected, and we are committed to responding to the proposals emanating from citizens, ensuring comprehensive attention to the needs present in the specific location. In particular, this project focuses on the revitalization of the tourist boardwalk in Acacias, Meta. The main objective of the initiative is the restoration and organization of each space, addressing specific problems such as the deterioration of pedestrian paths, the need for maintenance of green areas and the cleaning of the Acacias River and the boardwalk itself. This intervention not only seeks to solve the identified problems, but also to create an optimal environment that provides the inhabitants of Acacias and visitors with a pleasant space. The restoration of the pedestrian paths, the beautification of the green areas and the cleaning of the aquatic environment will not only improve the aesthetics of the place, but will also provide Acacireños and tourists with a favorable environment to enjoy in the company of their families. With the creation of extensive routes through green areas, the presence of restaurants and pedestrian paths accessible to all, the aim is not only to satisfy the recreational needs of the community, but also to boost the local economy, promote tourism, enrich culture and raise the recognition of both Acacias and the department of Meta. This project, therefore, is not only conceived as a physical restoration, but as an integral contribution to the well-being and development of the local community. This project not only seeks to improve the infrastructure of the tourist boardwalk, but also aspires to be a comprehensive development model that encompasses environmental, social and economic aspects. Collaboration between the community, local authorities and other stakeholders will be essential to ensure the long-term success of this revitalization initiative.
