Arquitectura rural: preservación y transformación del paisaje rural

Abstract

Este proyecto arquitectónico propone el diseño y desarrollo de un Centro Cultural en Guasca, Cundinamarca, que celebra y preserva las ricas tradiciones culturales arraigadas en el paisaje rural de la región. La propuesta se fundamenta en la integración armoniosa con el entorno destacando grandes elementos que componen el paisaje rural y como la arquitectura se dispone hacia el paisaje rural, aprovechando las características geográficas y culturales únicas de Guasca; El diseño del Centro Cultural busca crear un espacio que funcione como un nexo entre la comunidad local y los visitantes, fomentando la participación y el intercambio cultural. Se incorporan elementos arquitectónicos sostenibles y tecnologías amigables con el medio ambiente para minimizar el impacto ecológico; La arquitectura refleja la identidad local, utilizando materiales autóctonos y técnicas constructivas tradicionales, al tiempo que incorpora elementos contemporáneos para garantizar la funcionalidad y la estética moderna. El espacio se organiza en torno a áreas multifuncionales abiertas que siempre disponen hacia el paisaje rural, estas que incluyen salas de exposiciones, espacios para aprendizaje y talleres artísticos; Este proyecto no solo pretende ser un referente cultural, sino también un catalizador para el desarrollo de la arquitectura enfocada a el paisaje rural como protagonista dentro de cada espacio y la necesidad de su conocimiento en la región. Se fomenta la participación de la comunidad en la gestión y uso del espacio, promoviendo la preservación del patrimonio natural y el fortalecimiento de la identidad local.

This architectural project proposes the design and development of a Cultural Center in Guasca, Cundinamarca, that celebrates and preserves the rich cultural traditions rooted in the rural landscape of the region. Sustainable architectural elements and environmentally friendly technologies are incorporated to minimize ecological impact; The architecture reflects local identity, using indigenous materials and traditional construction techniques, while incorporating contemporary elements to ensure functionality and modern aesthetics. The space is organized around open multifunctional areas that always face the rural landscape, these include exhibition rooms, learning spaces and artistic workshops; This project not only aims to be a cultural reference, but also a catalyst for the development of architecture focused on the rural landscape as a protagonist within each space and the need for its knowledge in the region. Community participation is encouraged in the management and use of space, promoting the preservation of natural heritage and the strengthening of local identity.
