Vivienda en altura para la emancipación de jóvenes egresados en la localidad de Teusaquillo.

Abstract

El siguiente proyecto de grado se ubica en Bogotá, Colombia, específicamente en el barrio Palermo de la localidad de Teusaquillo, donde se desarrolla un multifamiliar en altura de apartaestudios que responde a la problemática de los jóvenes egresados, para lograr la emancipación y adquirir su primera vivienda, con el propósito de hacer de esta nueva etapa de sus vidas una experiencia sustancial.

El nombre Kaizen Tawã busca acentuar una filosofía de progreso continuo, donde pequeños, pero constantes cambios se acumulan para un gran beneficio a futuro, logrando una evolución que se puede ver reflejada en la composición escalonada del objeto arquitectónico y que se materializa por medio de cuatro conceptos clave, la torre plataforma, la biofilia, la movilidad sostenible y las viviendas dotadas.

Dichas viviendas se escalonan como un bosque vertical en armonía con el entorno y contaran con tres tipologías que van desde los 25 m² a los 50 m², donde los jóvenes solo deben desempacar sus maletas, acomodar sus pertenencias en la vivienda y así disfrutar de su nuevo hogar con el privilegio de habitar un parque en altura que los mantendrá saludables, física, mental y cognitivamente por la conexión a la naturaleza y una comunidad con el mismo objetivo de independizarse.

Tras hacer un mapeo urbano del entorno inmediato, Kaizen Tawã también busca articular a la población del sector con un espacio público como un núcleo urbano contiguo a la edificación, que conecta la movilidad por su variedad de vías de acceso, la estructura ecológica, tanto física como visualmente y las relaciones socioeconómicas que son tan características de los usuarios directos e indirectos del sector.

Al brindar todos estos beneficios para los jóvenes y el público circundante, es importante que se abarque esta problemática para evolucionar como sociedad y brindar proyectos que sean asequibles para el presente y las futuras generaciones, ya que la filosofía Kaizen siempre buscara este cambio que persista y como en la obra arquitectónica podamos escalar al beneficio común más no individual.

The following degree project is located in Bogota, Colombia, specifically in the Palermo neighborhood of Teusaquillo, where a multifamily high-rise apartment building is developed in response to the problems of young graduates, to achieve emancipation and acquire their first home, in order to make this new stage of their lives a substantial experience. The name Kaizen Tawã seeks to emphasize a philosophy of continuous progress where small but constant changes accumulate for a great benefit in the future, achieving an evolution that can be reflected in the staggered composition of the architectural object and that is materialized through four key concepts, the platform tower, biophilia, sustainable mobility and endowed housing. These houses are staggered like a vertical forest in harmony with the environment and will have three typologies ranging from 25 m² to 50 m², where young people only have to unpack their bags, arrange their belongings in the house and enjoy their new home with the privilege of inhabiting a park in height that will keep them healthy, physically, mentally and cognitively by the connection to nature and a community with the same goal of independence. After making an urban mapping of the immediate surroundings, Kaizen Tawã also seeks to articulate the population of the sector with a public space as an urban nucleus adjacent to the building, which connects mobility through its variety of access roads, the ecological structure, both physically and visually, and the socioeconomic relations that are so characteristic of the direct and indirect users of the sector. By providing all these benefits for young people and the surrounding public, it is important to address this issue to evolve as a society and provide projects that are affordable for present and future generations, as the Kaizen philosophy will always seek this change that persists and as in the architectural work we can scale to the common benefit rather than individual.
