Centro Administrativo, Cívico y Cultural Guaduas Cundinamarca

Abstract

Este proyecto propone el diseño de un centro administrativo cívico y cultural para el municipio de Guaduas Cundinamarca, debido a que no cuenta con una estructura gubernamental donde sus habitantes puedan resolver las inquietudes. Para esto fue necesario realizar una investigación mixta donde inicialmente se recorre el municipio para identificar sus falencias y se habla con la comunidad determinando la problemática principal, posteriormente se identifica el lugar a intervenir y se establecen los factores necesarios para la propuesta del diseño. El proyecto busca crear un nuevo espacio moderno donde la comunidad pueda suplir las necesidades que requieran sin tener que desplazarse hacia otros lugares o municipios, de esta manera se propone combinar la arquitectura colonial con la arquitectura contemporánea, conectando la nueva propuesta con los lugares históricos que actualmente tiene el municipio.

This project proposes the design of a civic and cultural administrative center for the municipality of Guaduas Cundinamarca, because it does not have a government structure where its inhabitants can resolve their concerns. For this, it was necessary to carry out a mixed investigation where initially the municipality is covered to identify its shortcomings and the community is discussed, determining the main problem, later the place to intervene is identified and the necessary factors are established for the design proposal. The project seeks to create a new modern space where the community can meet the needs they require without having to travel to other places or municipalities, in this way it is proposed to combine colonial architecture with contemporary architecture, connecting the new proposal with the historical places that currently has the municipality.
