Abstract

El presente documento de grado tiene por tema el ¨ Galería Club Irdet¨ bajo un enfasis arquitectónico con un enfoque sobre equipamientos desde un ambito regional - arquitectónico, y un enfoque en planeación territorial con un aporte en el diseño de equipamientos deportivos y culturales bajo un contexto urbano. El proyecto se ejecutará en áreas delimitadas dadas en la invesigación y el analisis multiescalar realizado en el desarrollo del proyecto, mas específicamente en zonas rurales que se encuentran en el municipio de Tunja, en el departamento de Boyacá. En la actualidad un equipamientos deportivos y culturales en el municipio de Tunja en Boyacá son ajenos al contexto, necesidades y crecimiento en los ámbitos que se desarrollan. La ejecución de sus diseños en instalaciones no está debidamente planeada para un buen proyecto que catalice el crecimiento a mediano y largo plazo los objetivos propuestos para el desarrollo de actividades culturales y deportivas. Esto crea una brecha entre el las necesidades de los usuarios y las proyecciones propuestas por los mismos, la innovación en el equipamiento por medio del diseño y en conjunción con métodos y prácticas que generen un entorno optimo, autosuficiente, estético y funcional en la zona de intervención tendrá un impacto positivo y generará parámetros y un referente sólido para futuros proyectos en equipamientos culturales-deportivos. Esto da como resultado el planteamiento de una pregunta problema que busca a través de la siguiente tesis, ser desarrollada y respondida a través de un proyecto arquitectónico, ¿Es posible el desarrollo de un proyecto arquitectónico que proporcione un espacio que contribuya con el déficit nfraestructural actual y logre una cohesión en el ambito deportivo, cultural y sostenible ?

The subject of this degree document is the "Irdet Club Gallery" under an architectural emphasis with a focus on facilities from a regional - architectural scope, and a focus on territorial planning with a contribution in the design of sports facilities. and cultural in an urban context. The project will be executed in delimited areas given in the investigation and the multiscale analysis carried out in the development of the project, more specifically in rural areas that are found in the municipality of Tunja, in the depar tment of Boyacá. Currently, spor ts and cultural facilities in the municipality of Tunja in Boyacá are alien to the context, needs and growth in the areas that are developed. The execution of their designs in facilities is not properly planned for a good project that catalyzes growth in the medium and long term the objectives proposed for the development of cultural and sports activities. This creates a gap between the needs of users and the projections proposed by them, innovation in equipment through design and in conjunction with methods and practices that generate an optimal, self-sufficient, aesthetic and functional environment in the area of intervention will have a positive impact and will generate parameters and a solid reference for future projects in cultural-sports facilities. This results in the approach of a problem question that seeks through the following thesis, to be developed and answered through an architectural project, is it possible to develop an architectural project that provides a space that contributes to the infrastructure deficit and achieve an ideal cohesion between the sports and cultural fields?
