La Vivienda, Paisaje y Patrimonio en Contexto Urbano

Abstract

Este documento tiene el propósito de dar a conocer la importancia de la vivienda patrimonial Villa Adelaida y como dicha importancia de esta se ha visto afectada por el crecimiento desmedido de la ciudad, tanto la integridad de Villa Adelaida como su entorno inmediato y el barrio han sido determinantes en la caída, recuperación y resurgimiento de Villa Adelaida y es mediante este documento donde es expuesto un plan para que la recuperación sea progresiva y se logre led manera integral entre la casa y su entorno inmediato. Villa Adelaida al ser una vivienda de interés patrimonial y con el fin de conocer mas de dicha vivienda se recurre a un análisis histórico de esta, desde sus primeros habitantes y el impacto que estos tuvieron a la historia bogotana, así como lo que significo Villa Adelaida para la localidad de chapinero en especifico la zona de la calle 72, se recurrió a una investigación geográfica de manera cronológica que demostraba el como la casa promovió la urbanización de la zona, de como se conectaba la calle 72 con la carrera 7, y de una manera mas intima de la historia de la casa se conoció el que hacían los residentes de la casa, su procedencia y actividades mediante conversaciones con los descendientes de los habitantes que tuvo la casa. Con el conocimiento analizado y clasificado se llego a que Villa Adelaida esta recuperada de manera parcial, ya que lo que caracterizo esta vivienda en su época de auge fue el simbolismo de dicha casa cuando lo único que se divisaba en la calle 72 era Villa Adelaida y los cerros orientales al fondo, el paisaje y los usos de la zona son factores que se deben atajar al momento de asegurar una recuperación de la casa de manera integral, el paisaje se refiere al simbolismo que tiene la casa con los cerros orientales y respecto a los usos se trata de el impacto que ha tenido el comercio a las dinámicas urbanas de una casa que esta destinada a preservar su historia junto al simbolismo que ayudo a la formalización de la identidad de la calle 72 y la localidad de chapinero.
