Centro de Investigación Ambiental y Desarrollo Etnocultural en el Municipio de Suesca

Abstract

El municipio de Suesca, ubicado en Colombia, es un lugar rico en historia y patrimonio cultural. Sin embargo, a pesar de su belleza natural y cultural, la zona no ha sido suficientemente explotada turísticamente. Con el objetivo de fomentar el desarrollo cultural y turístico del municipio, se propone diseñar un proyecto arquitectónico que recupere la estación del tren La Laguna, un importante patrimonio arquitectónico y cultural muisca, y que se adapte al entorno ecológico. Este proyecto se enfocará en la restauración y revitalización de la estación del tren La Laguna, para convertirla en un centro de investigación ambiental, etnocultural que promueva la historia y la cultura muisca. Además, se desarrollarán actividades culturales y turísticas que atraigan a visitantes locales y extranjeros, incluyendo la adaptación del entorno natural y la creación de rutas turísticas con senderos ecológicos. Con esta iniciativa, se busca impulsar el desarrollo económico y social de la zona, fomentando el turismo responsable y sostenible que promueva la preservación del patrimonio cultural y natural de Suesca

The municipality of Suesca, located in Colombia, is a place rich in history and cultural heritage. However, despite its natural and cultural beauty, the area has not been sufficiently exploited for tourism. With the aim of promoting the cultural and tourist development of the municipality, it is proposed to design an architectural project that will recover the La Laguna train station, an important architectural and cultural heritage of the Muisca people, and that will adapt to the ecological environment. This project will focus on the restoration and revitalization of the La Laguna train station, transforming it into an environmental and ethnocultural research center that promotes Muisca history and culture. Additionally, cultural and tourist activities will be developed to attract local and foreign visitors, including the adaptation of the natural environment and the creation of tourist routes with ecological trails. With this initiative, the goal is to boost the economic and social development of the area, promoting responsible and sustainable tourism that preserves the cultural and natural heritage of Suesca.
