Abstract

Debido al déficit de instituciones para la atención de niños discapacitados específicamente en el barrio Bosque Calderón Calderón Tejada en el cual en sus inmediaciones se tiene acceso a algunas de ellas cuya cobertura es mínima y no es la apropiada, por ende, surge la pregunta ¿Qué espacios, son apropiados para un centro de primera infancia con énfasis en población discapacitada? El proyecto tiene como principal objetivo proponer espacios adecuados garantizando accesibilidad y calidad. Este será un lugar de atención y desarrollo de niños con diferentes discapacidades físicas (movilidad reducida) auditivas (sordos) y cognitivas (limitaciones de funcionamiento intelectual y habilidades de adaptación), para esto plantemos los siguientes objetivos. 1. Evaluar e identificar los diseños y estándares presentes en espacios actuales con los que cuenta la ciudad para atención de niños con discapacidad física y mental. Al hacer un análisis del sector evidenciamos que las instituciones existentes con atención de niños discapacitados son casas que han sido ‘‘adaptadas’’ por tal motivo solo pueden atender algunas discapacidades, lo que genera desigualdad. 2. Crear espacios adaptativos y de alta calidad para el acompañamiento pedagógico y lúdico que permitan la integración de niños con discapacidades. Se desarrolla por medio de la arquitectura flexible creando mobiliario adaptativo junto con el diseño universal. Los espacios arquitectónicos trabajan de la mano con los educadores, pues esto les ayuda a influir en la enseñanza y comportamiento de los niños en las diferentes actividades. 3. Adecuar correctamente los espacios para garantizar una correcta accesibilidad, recorrido y permanencia de los niños con discapacidades físicas. De esta manera evitamos las barreras arquitectónicas y la correcta interacción de los niños con discapacidades físicas en el proyecto. Esta institución tendrá una cobertura local gracias a que presta atención de diferentes discapacidades garantizando espacios adecuados y de calidad, evitando cualquier barrera de accesibilidad lo cual fomenta la igualdad en la población de bajos recursos.

Due to the deficit of institutions for the attention of disabled children specifically in the Bosque Calderón Calderón Tejada neighborhood, in which in its vicinity there is access to some of them whose coverage is minimal and is not appropriate, therefore, the question arises: What spaces, are they appropriate for an early childhood center with an emphasis on the disabled population? The main objective of the project is to propose adequate spaces guaranteeing accessibility and quality This will be a place for the care and development of children with different physical (reduced mobility), auditory (deaf) and cognitive disabilities (intellectual functioning limitations and adaptation skills), for which we set the following objectives. 1. Evaluate and identify the designs and standards present in current spaces that the city has for the care of children with physical and mental disabilities. When carrying out an analysis of the sector, we show that the existing institutions that care for disabled children are houses that have been "adapted" for this reason, they can only attend to some disabilities, which generates inequality. 2. Create adaptive and highquality spaces for pedagogical and playful support that allow the integration of children with disabilities. It is developed through flexible architecture creating adaptive furniture along with universal design. Architectural spaces work hand in hand with educators, as this helps them influence the teaching and behavior of children in different activities. 3. Correctly adapt the spaces to guarantee a correct accessibility, route and permanence of children with physical disabilities. In this way we avoid architectural barriers and the correct interaction of children with physical disabilities in the project. This institution will have local coverage. Thanks to the fact that it provides care for different disabilities, guaranteeing adequate and quality spaces, avoiding any accessibility barrier, which promotes equality in the low-income population.
