Ambientes Educativos en la Formación de una Arquitectura Vulnerable

Abstract

Diariamente, en cada momento de la vida las personas están en espacios, muchos creados por arquitectos, muchos otros por la misma población. Dicho esto, se puede ver que la arquitectura es fundamental para crear espacios adecuados para el desarrollo de las diferentes actividades según la necesidad de la población. El proyecto nace del interés de realizar un cambio en el entorno educativo en los barrios periféricos de Bogotá, donde se observa un atraso en infraestructura educativa, esto luego de la investigación que deja ver el déficit de equipamientos en ciertas zonas de la ciudad, El presente proyecto de grado propone el diseño de un colegio en Bogotá D.C., localidad de Usme, en el barrio Monte Blanco, que aporta una renovación tanto en implantación como en volumetría general para dar una nueva propuesta de paisajismo al sector. Para llevar a cabo el proyecto se realizaron algunos estudios multiescalares de caracterización urbanística. mediante los cuales se seleccionó el lugar de intervención por la ubicación central y cercanía con el fin de aportar una nueva imagen, con un equipamiento educativo, de educación de primera infancia, primaria y bachillerato, se tuvo en cuenta todo lo antes dicho, para llevar a cabo la volumetría y espacio público, para crear una arquitectura diferente a la que predomina en este sector, teniendo en cuenta todas las determinantes del lugar, tipos de usuarios principales y secundarios, toda la información también se pudo recopilar a partir de tablas demográficas, visitas al barrio, entrevista a los lotes vecinos y barrios aledaños, ya para finalizar, se denota que el contexto es quien da al concepto a el lugar planteado y viceversa, esto quiere decir que antes de realizar el proyecto se tuvo en cuenta las determinantes del lote a intervenir y su contexto inmediato y esto a su vez dio el avance al proyecto más idóneo para el lugar.

The project was born from the interest of making a change in the educational environment in the peripheral neighborhoods of Bogotá, where a delay in educational infrastructure is observed, this after the investigation that reveals the deficit of equipment in certain areas of the city, The present Degree project proposes the design of a school in Bogotá D.C., Usme town, in the Monte Blanco neighborhood, which provides a renovation both in consolidation and in general volumetry to give a new landscaping proposal to the sector. To carry out the project, some multi-scale studies of urban characterization were carried out. through which the place of intervention was selected due to its central location and proximity in order to provide a new image, with educational equipment, early childhood education, primary education and high school, all of the above was taken into account, to carry out the volumetry and public space, to create a different architecture to the one that predominates in this sector, taking into account all the determinants of the place, types of main and secondary users, all the information could also be collected from demographic tables, visits to the neighborhood, interviews with neighboring lots and neighboring neighborhoods, and finally, it is denoted that the context is the one who gives the concept to the proposed place and vice versa, this means that before carrying out the project, the determinants of the lot to intervene and its immediate context and this in turn led to the most appropriate project for the place.
