Plan z de Reestructuración Operacional Arquitectónica de Aeropuertos con Potencial Conectivo en Venezuela: parte I, Aeropuerto Internacional la Chinita de la Ciudad de Maracaibo

Abstract

El tema a desarrollar en el presente trabajo de grado tiene razón de ser a partir del reconocimiento y visión de oportunidad de desarrollo urbano a la vez como de activación económica de diversas ciudades mencionadas a continuación en Venezuela. Por medio de la restauración y ampliación de tres terminales aéreas existentes la Parte I el terminal internacional La Chinita (SVMC) que sirve a la ciudad de Maracaibo, Estado Zulia, Venezuela (Occidental). Parte II el aeropuerto internacional Josefa Camejo (SVJC) en la península de Paraguaná que sirve a la ciudad de Punto fijo, Estado Falcon, Venezuela (Central). Y final mente la Parte III la cual contendría el desarrollo del terminal internacional del aeropuerto de Higuerote (SVHG), que serviría a la ciudad de Higuerote y a Caracas D.C estando a Cuarenta (40) minutos en automóvil de esta ciudad. Conformando de esta manera el PLAN Z de integración comercial e infraestructural de aeropuertos en Venezuela.

Para lo que a este trabajo de grado compete es el desarrollo implementado en el traslado del terminal de carga al norte del aeropuerto y desarrollo en este espacio de la ampliación del terminal internacional la Chinita concentrándose así en lo que seria lo referente a la Parte I del desarrollo del anterior mente mencionado Plan Z, dando lugar a como es el desarrollo de una ampliación de un terminal aéreo internacional teniendo en cuenta las prexistencias, para la búsqueda de la ampliación comercial de vuelos internacionales low-cost en el continente americano, conectando el occidente del continente sur-americano con el continente nor-americano de forma de buscar las posibles soluciones que logren reintegrar al país Venezuela en el mercado no solo aeronáutico, sino que también a la vez turísticos, impulsado también por las grandes oportunidades que este país posee.

The theme to be developed in this degree project is based on the recognition and vision of opportunity for urban development as well as economic activation of various cities mentioned below in Venezuela. Through restoration and expansion of three existing air terminals, Part I is the La Chinita international terminal (SVMC) that serves the city of Maracaibo, Zulia State, Venezuela (Western). Part II the Josefa Camejo International Airport (SVJC) in the Paraguaná Peninsula serving the city of Punto Fijo, Falcon State, Venezuela (Central). And finally, Part III, which would contain the development of the international terminal of the Higuerote airport (SVHG), which would serve the city of Higuerote and Caracas D.C., being forty (40) minutes by car from this city. Thus, forming the PLAN Z of commercial and infrastructural integration of airports in Venezuela. For what this degree work is responsible for is the development implemented in the transfer of the cargo terminal to the north of the airport and development in this space of the expansion of the La Chinita international terminal, thus concentrating on what would be related to Part I of the development of the previously mentioned Plan Z, giving rise to the development of an expansion of an international air terminal taking into account the pre-existing conditions, for the search for the commercial expansion of low-cost international flights in the American continent, connecting the West of the South American continent with the North American continent in order to seek possible solutions that will reintegrate the country of Venezuela into the not only aeronautical market, but also tourism at the same time, also driven by the great opportunities that this country has.
