Abstract

Planificando un proyecto de alojamiento turístico sostenible, se busca impulsar e interconectar el turismo en el municipio de castilla la nueva a través de la educación hacia el turista y el habitante, sobre la sostenibilidad y sustentabilidad de una edificación, naturaleza y varios procesos que están comprendidos en el proyecto; a través de la arquitectura se implementan técnicas de bioclimática para una óptima y eficiente construcción del planteamiento integrándolo con servicios y actividades que generen atractivo turístico, comercial y natural en los habitantes del departamento del meta y departamentos aledaños, prosperando con la actividad económica principal, la cual es prestar servicios de alojamiento brindando estándares de confort sin dejar de lado la sostenibilidad.
