Abstract

San José del Guaviare es la capital del departamento del Guaviare y uno de los lugares con mayor riqueza natural, cultural y recreativa, sin embargo, en los últimos años y como lo evidencia el documento elaborado por el Consejo Municipal de San José del Guaviare, se ha ido acrecentando una problemática frente al interés y el desarrollo de una identidad cultural en la población, misma que solo se ve reforzada por la falta de espacios destinados a su manifestación y disfrute y la desigualdad en la distribución en el territorio. Es por ello que la formulación y creación de espacios destinados a su manifestación deben ser lugares multidimensionales, que sean capaces no solo de contener estas expresiones, sino transmitirlas a la comunidad integrándola a las mismas, el fortalecimiento de la territorialidad en la población y la creación de espacios que ayuden no solo a su manifestación sino a su crecimiento de manera sana, son los objetivos principales que los proyectos desarrollados en el territorio deben perseguir.

That is why the formulation and creation of spaces destined for their manifestation must be multidimensional places, which are capable of not only containing these expressions but also transmitting them to the community and making itself participate in them, the formation of territoriality in the population and the creation of spaces that help not only its manifestation but also its growth in a physically and mentally healthy way, are the main objectives that the projects developed in the territory must pursue.
