Proyecto de integración socio - espacial (La Candelaria - 2021 )

Abstract

En el siguiente trabajo de investigación muestra como se ve reflejada la segregación socio – especial en los sector urbanos a nivel Latino América , Colombia y Bogotá y como esta problemática se le puede dar una solución por medio de la Arquitectura habitacional , por otro lado se hablara de la vivienda post covid y como esta generar cambiar en la forma de proyectar arquitectura y en el la concepción del programa arquitectónico de la vivienda del siglo xxi , y por ultimo se hablara de como la vivienda se debe adaptar a los cambiar demográficos y sociales que están transcurriendo en el siglo xxi , y como estos afectaran en la forma de proyectar la vivienda social .

The following research work shows how socio-special segregation is reflected in the urban sectors in Latin America, Colombia and Bogotá and how this problem can be given a solution through housing architecture, on the other hand we will talk of post-covid housing and how this generates change in the way of projecting architecture and in the conception of the PROYECTO DE INTEGRACIÓN SOCIO – ESPACIAL architectural program of the 21st century housing, and finally, we will talk about how housing should adapt to the demographic and social changes that are taking place in the 21st century, and how they will affect the way of projecting social housing.
