JUNI 1.0 Dispositivo Cierre de Tamales Tolimenses

Abstract

En este documento se encuentra la información y redacción sobre el proyecto de grado de Ingeniería Mecatrónica de los autores previamente consignados en dicho archivo. Aquí se presenta una solución para realizar el nudo de un tamal tolimense de una manera en la que las personas que artesanal o industrialmente realizan este proceso se disminuya la probabilidad de laceraciones en el pliegue palmar único en dicha realización del producto colombiano. Se mostrará el proceso artesanal luego comparado con el automatizado. También podrá observar las diferentes propuestas que se plantearon y finalmente el proyecto ejecutado. Posteriormente se expone el desarrollo de la invención que se realizó mecánicamente, electrónicamente y desarrollo del algoritmo que controla el llamado JUNI 1.0.

This document contains the information and writing about the Mechatronics Engineering degree project of the authors previously consigned in this file. Here is presented a solution to make the knot of a "tamal tolimense" in such a way that people who perform this process, by hand or industrially, reduce the likelihood that their hand's palm folds is not affected in the realization of the Colombian product. The handmade process will then be shown and compared to the automated process. The reader will also be able to observe the different initiatives that were originally thought as a solution for this problem, and finally the project set in motion. Subsequently, the development of the invention that was carried out mechanically, electronically and development of the algorithm that controls the so-called JUNI 1.0, is shown.
