Abstract

El siguiente trabajo pretende demostrar cómo a través del uso de herramientas claves y ágiles de gestión de proyectos, es posible ejecutar y desarrollar ideas, oportunidades, proyectos o soluciones puntuales que respondan a necesidades específicas, permitiendo identificar y reconocer efectivamente su contexto general y el entorno al que se dirige. El desarrollo y la relevancia de este proyecto se verá reflejado en un entorno real. Se eligió la marca Café Hernández como cliente potencial para el desarrollo de este proyecto y se identificó una oportunidad para intervenir, teniendo en cuenta esto, mediante herramientas de gestión se analizó su contexto y se pudo establecer cuáles son las partes afectadas e involucradas, tanto directas como indirectas del sector, para posteriormente desarrollar de manera estratégica y concreta el proyecto, trazando una ruta que desarrolle la oportunidad que actualmente se encontró.

The following work aims to demonstrate how through the use of key and agile project management tools, it is possible to execute and develop ideas, opportunities, projects or timely solutions which respond to specific needs, allowing to identify and recognize effectively its general context and the environment to which it is addressed. The development and relevance of this project will be reflected in a real environment. The Café Hernández brand was chosen as a potential client for the development of this project and an opportunity to intervene was identified, taking into account this, by means of management tools its context was analyzed and it was possible to establish which are the affected and involved parties, both direct and indirect of the sector, to later develop in a strategic and concrete way the project, tracing a route that will develop the opportunity that was currently found.
