Flexibilidad en la Arquitectura Interiorista Patrimonial: Reabriendo las Puertas de Panautos

Abstract

El problema con los espacios que se destinan al interior arquitectónico de la vivienda, las distribuciones o zonas de la casa, es que se delimitan en transformarse al no plantearse para ser prácticos en diferentes circunstancias de usos habitables, encaminando el proyecto al desuso por las exigencias de los cambios sociales; estas exigencias obligan a evolucionar las medidas habitacionales de los miembros en el hogar, dejando así obsoletos ciertos edificios que no responden a los cambios evolutivos de la sociedad. Cabe señalar que, la influencia del mercado inmobiliario ocasiona limitar dichas áreas utilizables y la actividad dentro de la vivienda. El presente proyecto de grado explora el interiorismo espacial de alcance arquitectónico, a través de la flexibilidad, transformación y variedad de zonas del interior edificatorio, por el mobiliario instalado estratégicamente aplicados como herramientas que proporciona modificaciones para dar respuesta al desuso y cambios del edificio. Lo anterior se plantea a través de la metodología proyectual de carácter analítico al transformar el lugar que se integra a los individuos y la adaptabilidad en las áreas interiores que responden los inmuebles. Este documento replantea el interior del edificio Panautos en la ciudad de Bogotá D.C. categorizado como Bien de Interés Cultural (BIC), conservación tipológica. El reto dentro del BIC, es distribuir áreas con la modulación estructural y las entradas de luz por las fachadas existentes para así diseñar las tipologías de vivienda multifamiliar. Con esto, se podrá obtener espacios multifuncionales que logren responder al problema mediante la distribución de tipologías que consiguen adaptarse a los cambios de actividades dentro de la vivienda. Este rediseño garantiza recuperar los edificios en estado de abandono, desuso y futuras infraestructuras que vayan a tener cambios dentro de los espacios diseñados.

It should be noted that the influence of the real estate market causes limiting these usable areas and the activity inside the house. This degree project explores the spatial interior design of architectural scope, through the flexibility, transformation and variety of areas of the building interior, by the strategically installed furniture applied as tools that provide modifications to respond to disuse and changes in the building. The foregoing is raised through the project methodology of an analytical nature by transforming the place that integrates individuals and the adaptability in the interior areas that respond to the buildings. This document reconsiders the interior of the Panautos building in the city of Bogotá DC categorized as an Asset of Cultural Interest (BIC), typological conservation. The challenge within the BIC is to distribute areas with structural modulation and light inputs through the existing facades in order to design the multifamily housing typologies. With this, It will be possible to obtain multifunctional spaces that manage to respond to the problem through the distribution of typologies that manage to adapt to changes in activities within the home. This redesign guarantees the recovery of buildings in a state of abandonment, disuse and future infrastructures that will undergo changes within the designed spaces.
