El Espacio Intermedio Interior-Exterior, en la Arquitectura para Uso Público

Abstract

El espacio arquitectónico se establece como una intervención al espacio natural que al ser configurado genera el interior y exterior, la relación entre estos espacios se ha modificado a través del tiempo siendo tratados como opuestos que ocupan un mismo lugar, de este modo al transitar por un proyecto estos espacios se aíslan entre si generando desconexión y barreras que alteran la percepción del usuario. Con el objetivo de solucionar la relación entre el espacio interior y exterior, la propuesta de diseño busca a través de la configuración de espacios intermedios transformar las barreras dando un lugar neutro e independiente que conecte los espacios entre sí, para esto se recurre al análisis del concepto el espacio intermedio y de cómo en diferentes proyectos arquitectónicos resuelven la relación expuesta. El proyecto se localiza en la zona de expansión urbana en el municipio de Zipaquirá, siguiendo la configuración de accesos por diferentes sentidos a través de rampas y escaleras, que generan una circulación abierta para el ingreso a cada volumen, continuando con una consecución de patios delimitados a los que se puede acceder tanto del interior o del exterior, resaltando que el entorno y las diferentes estrategias proyectuales son incluidas en el diseño de un equipamiento de uso público para obtener una mejor relación espacial. Como resultado se demuestra que, al implementar espacios intermedios en la composición, estos contribuyen a la continuidad y conexión en los diferentes lugares del proyecto, logrando así una adecuada relación entre espacios que han sido tratados como opuestos a que sean complementarios el uno con el otro.

With the aim of solving the relationship between the interior and exterior space, with the design proposal it is sought that through the configuration of intermediate spaces, the barriers are transformed, giving a neutral and independent place that connects the spaces with each other, for this The analysis of the concept of the intermediate space is used and how in different architectural projects they solve the exposed relationship. The project is located in the area of urban expansion in the municipality of Zipaquirá, following the configuration of accesses from different directions through ramps and stairs, which generate an open circulation for the entrance to each volume, continuing with the achievement of delimited patios. which can be accessed from both inside and outside, emphasizing that the environment and the different project strategies are included in the design of a facility for public use to obtain a better spatial relationship. As a result, it is shown that when implementing intermediate spaces in a project, these contribute to the continuity and connection in the different places of the project, thus achieving an adequate relationship between spaces that have been treated as opposed to being complementary to each other.
