Proyecto Arquitectónico Eco-Hotel en Barichara

Abstract

Esta investigación se ocupa principalmente de abordar temas de identidad arquitectónica con relación al lugar donde se va a desarrollar el proyecto, exponiendo una serie de problemáticas que se presentan en el lugar pero que a su vez son un gran reto poder llegar a desarrollarlas con estrategias de planeación y de diseño para así poder ejecutar el proyecto con éxito. Principalmente se identificó un lugar para implantar el proyecto donde se estudiaron diferentes determinantes y necesidades del lugar lo que permitió el análisis de algunos referentes que nos dieron la posibilidad de dar soluciones a problemáticas planteadas a lo largo de este proceso, y por último aplicar dichos análisis arquitectónicos que nos permitan el desarrollo del proyecto. Finalmente, estrategias de diseño y conceptos de sostenibilidad son el resultado de un análisis el cual busca resolver las determinantes del lugar y solventar las problemáticas que se presentan en el entorno, de esta manera se logra un proyecto que comprende el hábitat y la arquitectura regional que brinda un efecto positivo a turistas que a la vez contribuyen a preservar la biodiversidad y a conservar, cuidar y proteger la naturaleza.
