Arquitectura para la Construcción del Lugar en el Paisaje Rural

Abstract

Esta investigación aborda el tema de paisaje y construcción del lugar en la zona rural, debido a la desvinculación que existe entre las construcciones arquitectónicas y el paisaje que se hace más visible con el paso del tiempo. Se observa que la naturaleza no cuenta en gran parte del área rural con espacios que logren la contemplación para el hombre, ya que sus habitantes cuentan con percepciones diferentes frente al paisaje, imposibilitando la acción de enlazarse con este. Es por esta razón que se busca deducir estrategias para la vinculación del paisaje por medio de la relación entre el espacio interior con el exterior, haciendo uso del espacio intermedio, para generar el paisaje mediante de la enmarcación. Se implementa así una investigación proyectual que se compone de tres momentos para extraer las estrategias que den paso a la vinculación, en adición se crea un centro cultural que aporta al desarrollo de más espacios arquitectónicos, logrando poner en práctica estrategias proyectuales como el recorrido, la circulación, flexibilidad, entre otras. Está ubicado en la vereda Alto del Águila del municipio de Zipaquirá, que cuenta con características paisajísticas específicas para el desarrollo del proyecto, teniendo como lugar de implantación un terreno inclinado que se encuentra en la vía terciaria que lleva al Cerro del “Zipa”, caracterizado por la monumentalidad de las montañas que lo rodean y la relación con el valle de “El Abra”, donde son visibles los cascos urbanos de varios municipios de Cundinamarca. La presente investigación concluye que, por medio de la ventana, los recorridos y la disposición de los volúmenes en la topografía; es posible vincular la arquitectura y el paisaje.

his research addresses the issue of landscape and construction of place in the rural area, due to the disconnection that exists between architectural constructions and the landscape that becomes more visible with time. It is observed that nature in a large part of the rural area does not have spaces that achieve contemplation for man, since its inhabitants have different perceptions of the landscape, making it impossible to link with it. For this reason, we seek to deduce strategies for linking the landscape through the relationship between the interior space with the exterior, making use of the intermediate space, to generate the landscape through framing. Thus, a project investigation is implemented that is made up of three moments to extract the strategies that give way to the link, in addition, a cultural center is created that contributes to the development of more architectural spaces, managing to put into practice the project strategies such as the route, the circulation, flexibility, among others. It is located in the village of Alto del Águila in the municipality of Zipaquirá, which has specific landscape characteristics for the development of the project, having as a place of implementation a sloping terrain that is located on the tertiary road that leads to Cerro del "Zipa", characterized due to the monumentality of the mountains that surround it and the relationship with the valley of "El Abra", where the urban centers of several municipalities of Cundinamarca are visible. The present investigation concludes that, through the window, the routes, and the arrangement of the volumes in the topography; it is possible to link architecture and landscape.
