Vivienda Colaborativa, una Alternativa para la Vivienda de Interés Social

Abstract

En la actualidad la vivienda de interés social (VIS) no ofrece oportunidades de ingreso económico para las personas que allí residen, conclusión a la que se llega después del estudio de proyectos en los barrios San Blas, San Pedro, El Triángulo y Ramajal en Bogotá D.C. Este problema se presenta en la ciudad en localidades con un alto índice de hacinamiento habitacional, entre otros, como el barrio San Cristóbal Sur, el cual se toma como lugar de intervención. Mediante un reconocimiento del lugar por visita de trabajo de campo, por observación directa, se evaluó la calidad de la vivienda, por lo que este Proyecto presenta el diseño de una agrupación VIS con enfoque colaborativo, la cual se basa en reducir algunos espacios de uso común en la vivienda, para generar espacios colectivos que le dan valor a vivir en comunidad. La estrategia entonces se centra en espacios de comedor comunitario y zona de lavandería, entre otros, donde el principal objetivo es crear ciudad a partir de relaciones más amables entre los usuarios, ofreciendo así un producto inmobiliario que da solución rápida y constante a las actividades diarias, tanto de familias residentes como no residentes; Es así como con los resultados se pretende brindar soluciones económicas para la tenencia de la vivienda y gastos básicos de cualquier persona, además del bienestar psicosocial por los constantes encuentros colectivos que se pueden dar en la agrupación y que favorecen el intercambio de ideas en actividades comunes del hogar, pues tal y como se ha podido comprobar, los grupos vulnerables constantemente se ven involucrados en temas de diferentes disciplinas, que buscan detener el crecimiento de los mismos en las periferias. Por lo que, en ese mismo sentido, se pretende tener más tacto para la ubicación y construcción de las zonas destinadas para los usuarios, ya que esto ocasiona problemas en el diario vivir de cada uno de los habitantes, disminuyendo en ellos quitándoles oportunidades de crecimiento personal y económico a futuro.

The strategy then focuses on community dining spaces and laundry area, among others, where the main objective is to create a city from friendlier relationships between users, thus offering a real estate product that provides a quick and constant solution to daily activities, both resident and non-resident families; This is how the results are intended to provide economic solutions for the tenure of housing and basic expenses of any person, in addition to psychosocial well-being due to the constant collective meetings that can occur in the group and that favor the exchange of ideas in common activities of the home, because as it has been verified, Vulnerable groups are constantly involved in issues of different disciplines, which seek to stop their growth in the peripheries. So, in that same sense, it is intended to have more tact for the location and construction of the areas destined for the users, since this causes problems in the daily life of each of the inhabitants, decreasing in them taking away opportunities for personal and economic growth in the future.
