El Uso de Materiales Naturales como Solución a la Pérdida de la Memoria Arquitectónica del Departamento de Cundinamarca

Abstract

El proyecto desarrolla un prototipo de vivienda rural vernácula, dando respuesta a la pérdida de memoria arquitectónica del departamento de Cundinamarca, tomando como lugar piloto el municipio de Choachí Cundinamarca, ya que es uno de los municipios más cercanos a la capital, que sigue manteniendo una gran variedad de materiales naturales y ecosistemas, se desarrolla el prototipo de vivienda en las zonas rurales haciendo uso de materiales naturales, combinándolos con materiales elaborados, enfocando estos materiales en la parte estructural optimizando la vida útil y garantizando el cumplimiento de las normas sismo resistente nsr-10 colombiana del título F y los materiales naturales se emplean en los acabados y recubrimiento de la vivienda, creando un estilo arquitectónico integrado con el entorno rural que resalta la conexión con el contexto inmediato, permitiendo recuperar la memoria arquitectónica que se a perdido en la ruralidad e incentivando el uso de materiales naturales, conectando con el entorno, sin afectarlo la naturaleza , los ecosistemas y la flora y fauna de estas zonas, recuperando la relación entre el humano el hábitat y la naturaleza.

The project develops a prototype of rural vernacular housing, responding to the loss of architectural memory of the department of Cundinamarca, taking as a pilot site the municipality of Choachí Cundinamarca, as it is one of the closest municipalities to the capital, which still maintains a variety of natural materials and ecosystems, the housing prototype is developed in rural areas using natural materials, combining them with processed materials, focusing these materials in the structural part, optimizing the useful life and guaranteeing the fulfillment of the Colombian seismic resistant norms nsr-10 of title F and the natural materials are used in the finishes and covering of the house, creating an architectural style integrated with the rural environment that highlights the connection with the immediate context, allowing to recover the architectural memory that has been lost in rural areas and encouraging the use of natural materials, connecting with the environment, without affecting nature, ecosystems and the flora and fauna of these areas, recovering the relationship between the human habitat and nature.
