Experiencia como fundamento compositivo en espacios arquitectónicos residenciales

Abstract

Este proyecto de grado aborda la experiencia arquitectónica en los espacios residenciales a través del desarrollo de un conjunto de vivienda multifamiliar en altura ubicado en el barrio La perseverancia. En este sentido, se proponen tres escalas de aplicación del concepto que configuran una narrativa completa del recorrido en el conjunto, desde la aproximación al lote, pasando por las agrupaciones, hasta la exploración de la unidad de vivienda. Este resultado se logra por la implementación de los conceptos de promenade y espacios intermedios como aspectos estructurantes para la creación de recorridos fluidos que permiten la secuencia armoniosa de experiencias durante el tránsito por el proyecto, mejorando la relación entre el espacio y el usuario que lo habita. Así mismo, se vinculan factores como: las visuales y la luz de manera que se fortalezca la experiencia en el interior de la vivienda al ambientar los espacios que acompañan al usuario durante el recorrido. La experiencia residencial debe estar presente de manera integral en todo el proyecto, no se puede limitar a ciertos espacios en el interior de la unidad de vivienda ni ser exclusiva del interior del objeto arquitectónico, sino que se debe extrapolar a las transiciones entre todos los espacios comunes o privados.

This degree project addresses the architectural experience in residential spaces through the development of a multi-family high-rise housing complex located in a neighborhood called La Perseverancia. In this way, the proposal divides the project in three scales to apply the concept where it makes up a complete narrative of the journey. This result is achieved by the implementation of the promenade architecturale and the in-between spaces as structuring aspects for the creation of fluid routes that allow the harmonious sequence of experiences; moreover, the route includes four moments: approach to the project and how it relates with its surrounding; the route through the housing and the exploration of the unit itself. Likewise, factors such as visuals and light are linked in such a way that the experience inside the house is strengthened by setting the spaces that accompany the user during the tour, improving the relationship between the space and the user who inhabits it. The residential experience must be present in an integral way throughout the project, it cannot be limited to certain spaces inside the housing unit nor be exclusive to the interior of the architectural object, but it must be extrapolated to the transitions between all the spaces common or private.
