The objective of this project is to examine the feasibility of Hacienda las Goteras for the creation of different types of rural, flexible and environmentally friendly housing, all within an eco-habitat context. This project focuses on seeking to improve the quality of habitability of existing users and encourage more users to live and contribute to agriculture in the area. In addition, a link with the environment is sought, contributing to the carbon footprint. Sensory analysis seeks to understand rural housing and the area in which it is located in order to understand how different factors (mobility, nature, visuals, etc.) can influence the design and distribution of housing. Also thanks to the analysis, use zones are determined for the distribution of the crops and the location of each of the types of housing, thus providing not only a sustainable design but also a project that provides the user with different experiences while they travel through it.en
