In this project was developed a variable monitoring system that can be adapted to a Taiwan type biodigester and some of its alternative designs, in general, these biodigesters usually come in a kit for assembly and are available in different types and sizes, however none of these kits or designs have any electronic system to help identify failures or inefficient routines in the biodigestion process, even none has a way to know if the integrity of the reactor is in perfect condition or may have a leak. As these biodigesters are low cost, it would also be ideal that the monitoring equipment has an affordable price and the possibility of repair in case one of the sensors fails, among the sensors mentioned are used to monitor the pressure to avoid any leakage, the temperature to avoid the death of the microorganisms that generate this process, the PH level of the biomass, as this is also an important factor in the biodigestion process, For an experienced person in the subject it is easy to notice if the quality of the gas can be improved and with some tools to deduce where less efficiency is generated, but the system allows any person without knowledge in biodigestion to be aware of this information and thus give the best possible treatment to the biomass to have a better quality of gas at the end of the process.en
