Hábitat Colectivo y Producción Comunitaria, para el Mejoramiento Integral, Barrio El Triunfo en Arauca - 2022

Abstract

El tema de la subsecuente investigación se denomina como “Hábitat colectivo y producción comunitaria, para el mejoramiento integral, barrio el Triunfo en Arauca- 2022” bajo el énfasis de hábitat y territorio con un enfoque hacia el diseño urbano y equipamiento comunitario a partir del ámbito urbano, localizado en el municipio de Arauca, en el departamento de Arauca, Colombia. La problemática se plantea entorno a la informalidad y como el asentamiento masivo progresivo en suelos de manera ilegal genera fragmentos urbanos obsoletos y la falta de infraestructura pública y productiva que es fundamental para el desarrollo de estas comunidades, por lo cual, se deja de lado la importancia de la funcionalidad urbana en el desarrollo de la ciudad. Lo anteriormente mencionado se cuestiona desde el mejoramiento integral de un área informal a partir del estudio de las practicas comunitarias y productivas de una comunidad, ¿La innovación del diseño urbano integral a partir de las experiencias comunitarias, orienta el pensamiento creativo hacia las prácticas colectivas y productivas del hábitat como alternativa posible para el mejoramiento integral y potencialización del tejido social y productivo de un barrio informal? El objetivo principal de la investigación es proyectar un diseño urbano productivo comunitario en el barrio informal el triunfo en Arauca Colombia, a partir de una metodología sistémica dividida en cuatro fases, el estudio de un marco teórico sobre hábitat colectivo, producción comunitaria, diseño urbano, y la caracterización del barrio el Triunfo, El resultado de la investigación es la concepción colectiva del hábitat para su mejoramiento integral, proponiendo espacios de servicio comunitario, cultura, educativos, recreo-deportivos y comerciales que fortalezcan el tejido social y productivo, aportando en el estudio de las experiencias comunitarias de un hábitat informal y el diseño participativo como herramienta de mejoramiento integral para el desarrollo de un hábitat colectivo productivo.
