Equipamientos de Gran Impacto en Contextos Urbanos

Abstract

Los proyectos aeroportuarios por su importancia generan un gran impacto en el entorno, este proyecto de grado muestra a partir del desarrollo de un plan maestro para el aeropuerto del municipio de la Macarena, la manera en que se puede lograr una intervención a este tipo de edificios en un contexto urbano, teniendo muy en cuenta: su localización, la forma de implantar el proyecto y su vinculación con el entorno en su parte urbana. Este tipo de edificios han venido presentando deficiencias importantes en su forma de acceder a sus servicios, muchas de las veces por su localización alejada dentro de las ciudades no permite la conexión de diferentes tipos de movilidad para poder llegar a sus instalaciones, otras veces al encontrarse dentro de las ciudades se tornan como edificios que no respetan su entorno implantándose de una manera autoritaria y excluyente, olvidando por completo la escala humana, la aproximación al edificio y su vinculación con el entorno. A partir de esto se realiza el estudio de diferentes aeropuertos que sirven como referentes, se implementa el uso de unas estrategias de diseño que permiten obtener una mejor implantación y así luego se plantea el diseño para el plan maestro buscando generar el menor impacto negativo posible, complementando el diseño principal del aeropuerto que es transportar personas y carga para favorecer la conectividad de los territorios.

Airport projects, due to their importance, generate a great impact on the environment. This degree project shows, based on the development of a master plan for the airport of the municipality of La Macarena, the way in which an intervention can be achieved in this type of buildings. in an urban context, taking into account: its location, the way to implement the project and its link with the environment in its urban part. This type of building has been presenting important deficiencies in the way of accessing its services, many times due to its remote location within the cities it does not allow the connection of different types of mobility to be able to reach its facilities, other times when finding within the cities they become like buildings that do not respect their environment, implanting themselves in an authoritarian and exclusive way, completely forgetting the human scale, the approach to the building and its link with the environment. From this, the study of different airports that serve as references is carried out, the use of design strategies that allow a better implementation is implemented and then the design for the master plan is proposed, seeking to generate the least possible negative impact, complementing the main design of the airport, which is to transport people and cargo to favor the connectivity of the territories.
