Acupuntura urbana en Ciudad Bolívar a través equipamientos culturales: lenguaje arquitectónico integrado al paisaje, las relaciones sociales y la ciudad

Abstract

El presente proyecto esta enfocado en el concepto de acupuntura urbana y paisaje cultural, a través de tres diferentes intervenciones se pretende tener un impacto turístico, social y cultural en la Localidad de Ciudad Bolívar para incentivar la reactivación económica, dotar a la comunidad de equipamientos dotacionales enfocados en el arte y la cultura, romper con el fenómeno de barreras invisibles integrando la comunidad con el resto de la ciudad y resignificando el paisaje de los cerros suroccidentales. En cuanto a la memoria, la experiencia a través del proyecto, integración con la naturaleza y el contexto del paisaje de los cerros suroccidentales, las tres intervenciones ubicadas de manera estratégica junto a las tres estaciones de Transmicable, son implantadas de manera escalonada como respuesta a la topografía inclinada, creando la ilusión de montaña, en donde las cubiertas habitables se convierten en el espacio publico, mirador abriéndose visualmente a la ciudad e integrándose con el paisaje. Con este trabajo de tesis se propone realizar un centro cultural y de enseñanza con énfasis en artes plásticas, escénicas y música, biblioteca virtual, un teatro, plaza comercial y un skatepark, todos presentes de forma multiescalar en las tres diferentes intervenciones, que tienen como finalidad mejorar la percepción de seguridad del contexto de implantación e incentivar dinámicas urbanas y sociales alrededor de espacios y escenarios artísticos- culturales.

This project is focused on the concept of urban acupuncture and cultural landscape, through three different interventions it is intended to have a tourist, social and cultural impact in the town of Ciudad Bolívar to encourage economic reactivation, provide the community with facilities focused on art and culture, breaking down the phenomenon of invisible barriers by integrating the community with the rest of the city and resignifying the landscape of the southwestern hills. In terms of memory, the experience through the project, integration with nature and the context of the landscape of the southwestern hills, the three interventions strategically located next to the three transmission stations are implemented in a staggered manner in response to the sloping topography, creating the illusion of a mountain, where the habitable roofs become the public space, a viewpoint visually opening up to the city and integrating with the landscape. With this thesis work, it is proposed to create a cultural and educational center with an emphasis on plastic, performing arts and music, a virtual library, a theater, a shopping mall and a skatepark, all present in a multi-scalar way in the three different interventions, which have as the aim is to improve the perception of security in the implementation context and encourage urban and social dynamics around artistic-cultural spaces and settings.
