Una arquitectura contemporánea en el intersticio del patrimonio, una mirada desde lo arquitectónico y geológico en un centro hotelero

Abstract

El presente trabajo de grado comprende el problema que radica en la dificultad para proyectar un diseño arquitectónico contemporáneo en un contexto patrimonial, esto puede llegar a ocasionar la perdida de la importancia histórica del lugar. Es así como el objetivo principal es identificar estrategias proyectuales para un diseño arquitectónico contemporáneo en un contexto patrimonial a fin de que haya una inserción armónica de lo existente con lo nuevo desde la relación entre forma, tipo, actividad y sitio, operando desde un enfoque metodológico fundamentado tanto en un análisis del sitio, como en análisis de postulados, dando lugar a las distintas estrategias proyectuales para dicha inserción. Así pues, la relación del proyecto con el patrimonio se aborda por medio de un centro hotelero en el municipio de Villa De Leyva (Boyacá, Colombia).

The present degree work understands the problem that lies in the difficulty to project a contemporary architectural design in a heritage context, this can lead to the loss of the historical importance of the place. This is how the main objective is to identify project strategies for a contemporary architectural design in a heritage context so that there is a harmonic insertion of the existing with the new from the relationship between form, type, activity and site, operating from a methodological approach. based on both an analysis of the site and an analysis of postulates, giving rise to the different project strategies for said insertion. Thus, the project's relationship with heritage is addressed through a hotel center in the municipality of Villa De Leyva (Boyacá, Colombia).
