Abstract

Este documento presenta el desarrollo de un proyecto de eco - Lodge sostenible, cuyo planteamiento se lleva a cabo en el municipio de Leticia - Amazonas que se encuentra ubicado en el extremo sur del país, las principales características de este territorio es que posee una de las mayores biodiversidades del planeta, por ella también recorre el segundo río más largo y caudaloso del planeta el río amazonas y sus hermosos paisajes. Para el abordaje del proyecto se tienen en cuenta las condiciones actuales en las cuales se encuentra el municipio como son: 1 problemáticas sociales, culturales y ambientales, 2 el turismo de masas, 3 problemas con la preservación de recursos hídricos. Mediante el análisis de estas variables se llegara primero a una propuesta urbana en la cual se llevaran a cabo estrategias de conexión mediante la proyección de regular las actividades, el diseño de las zonas consideradas en peligro, luego de esto se llegara al planteamiento del proyecto de eco - Lodge donde se ubicara este proyecto sostenible, el proyecto se enfocara en el fortalecimiento de la cultura y la sensibilidad ambiental amazónico, De acuerdo con lo anterior el proyecto ofrece a sus usuarios espacios para realizar actividades de desconexión, descanso avistamiento de aves y entre otras actividades.

In accordance with the above, the project offers its users spaces within the eco-lodge to carry out activities such as disconnection, bird watching and other activities.
