The 2020 COVID-19 pandemic forced preventive isolation that also reached clinical spaces, where there was a disruption in the teaching-learning process including the University-Hospital La Samaritana. The clinical professors saw how the students were abandoning their practice centers to face virtual education and implement the use of it as their TCI tool. This problem had an impact on the teaching process, and it is still unknown what skills of TCI tools did the teachers of the Hospital improved and with it the transformation of the process within the same hospital. This is a qualitative research study based on the interpretive paradigm with an actionresearch design that involves the Samaritan community. Its objective is to know which TCI tools clinical teachers are using in this institution and from there develop strategies to transform teaching practice and improve the quality of the teaching process. These strategies will allow the participants to develop, reflect and empower themselves within the research, which will generate knowledge that in the future will lead to defining emerging lines from an action plan at the University Hospital of La Samaritana. Data will be collected with different tools, such as surveys, interviews, documentary reviews, and focus groups where the local practices will be known and the problem under investigation will be framed; the history, environment, experiences, and daily operation of the implementation of TCI in the institution will also be known by actively involving the participants in the research and subsequently release an improvement plan.eng
