Vivienda para la post pandemia

Abstract

El presente artículo de investigación se aborda desde la proyección arquitectónica de la vivienda multifamiliar contemporánea que se enfrenta a la transformación de los modos de vida que ha dejado la actual pandemia del covid-19, que ha generado cambios y variaciones de las actividades que se realizan dentro del hogar y como consecuencia, traen un problema de diseño frente al espacio y su uso. De esta manera logramos identificar el objetivo a resolver en este proyecto: establecer una correspondencia espacial arquitectónica frente a los nuevos modos de vida que ha dejado la pandemia. A partir de esto se construye el concepto teórico del proyecto mediante el contraste y la mezcla de conceptos que exponen diversos autores como Beatriz Colomina con “X-RAY Architecture”, Byung-Chul Han con “La sociedad del Cansancio” y Liliana Andrea Clavijo con “Preservar el fuego”, donde el análisis que se hace de la sociedad frente a la arquitectura se vuelve punto clave para así mismo proyectar la vivienda multifamiliar que con un diseño plasma los nuevos modos de vida, incentiva el disfrute de la vida y se adapta a los deseos de la mente y el cuerpo.

This research article is approached from the architectural projection of contemporary multifamily housing that faces the transformation of lifestyles that has left the current pandemic of covid-19, which has generated changes and variations of the activities that are performed within the home and as a result, bring a design problem facing the space and its use. In this way we were able to identify the objective to be solved in this project: to establish an architectural spatial correspondence with the new ways of life that the pandemic has left. From this, the theoretical concept of the project is built through the contrast and mixture of concepts exposed by various authors such as Beatriz Colomina with "X-RAY Architecture", Byung-Chul Han with "The society of Tiredness", and Liliana Andrea Clavijo with "Preserving the fire", where the analysis of society in relation to architecture becomes a key point for the design of multifamily housing, which with a design that embodies the new ways of life, encourages the enjoyment of life and adapts to the desires of the mind and body.
