Modelos de vivienda rural en relación con el paisaje agrario del municipio de Chitaraque Boyacá

Abstract

El paisaje agrario en relación con la vivienda en los últimos años ha sufrido diferentes transformaciones en el territorio, estas han consolidado un panorama en tensión dentro del sector rural y han llevado a la desvinculación de los elementos que componen el paisaje con los espacios dentro de la vivienda. Por este motivo, el propósito del proyecto es identificar los elementos que conforman el paisaje agrario desde el estudio y reconocimiento de las tipologías de vivienda rural existentes en el municipio de Chitaraque, mediante el desarrollo de tres modelos de vivienda rural que vincule el interior y el exterior con las actividades productivas, en el que se recogen las variables de espacialidad y calidad de vida de la población en función de mejorar la relación entre el paisaje, proyecto y comunidad.

The agrarian landscape in relation to housing in recent years has undergone different transformations in the territory, these have consolidated a panorama in tension within the rural sector and have led to the disconnection of the elements that make up the landscape with the spaces within the house. For this reason, the purpose of the project is to identify the elements that make up the agrarian landscape from the study and recognition of the typologies of rural housing existing in the municipality of Chitaraque, through the development of three models of rural housing that link the interior and exterior with productive activities, in which the variables of spatiality and quality of life of the population are collected in order to improve the relationship between the landscape, project and community.
