Different companies and studios have started a process regarding the development of social interest housing modules, in terms of vertical growth and also the flexibility of composition, interior spaces and the issue of location. However, do these development processes think about the different families that can be found and likewise satisfy the needs of all users, taking into account the activities they carry out and what is necessary to inhabit post-pandemic? The research has reference studies and users analyzing the possibilities of developing a flexible prototype of social housing at height through the use of construction materials made with recycled material. For the development of this, they were analyzed with an observation exercise and cartographic analysis. The results will show that the implementation of recycled materials contributes to the ecological footprint, since the design introduces the materials so that these houses are flexible in various aspects already mentioned, also the vertical growth for the accommodation and benefits of more families, where they can carry out other activities outside the home and generate common areas, which once is a communication between users.en
