Centro Cultural Gastronómico y Aprendizaje - G.A.P.E Bocagrande - Cartagena

Abstract

Cartagena es reconocida por ser patrimonio de Colombia, y de los destinos turísticos más importantes del país, ya que además de ser una ciudad costera contiene mucho atractivo turístico gracias a su arquitectura colonial y variedad cultural que le da su identidad característica con edificios, monumentos, gastronomía, historia y su población local. Es importante que además de la conservación que se le ha dado a su patrimonio, se le de innovación, además, dar lugar a la presencia de nuevos espacios que permitan el desarrollo de la cultura, en este caso con un proyecto que evite que las costumbres gastronómicas se olviden por el crecimiento y la llegada de nuevas culturas, así manteniendo la importancia y el placer del arte culinario local, tradicional, conservando los sabores pero innovando su presentación y formas de preparación para crear nuevas experiencias de alta cocina potenciando los sabores clásicos y representativos de la región. Un proyecto que permita la interacción del usuario con la cultura de Cartagena, por medio de participación como lo es la cocina, y diferentes talleres culturales incluyendo la música. Los volúmenes del proyecto tendrán una fragmentación, permitiendo así un gran espacio público atraviese y juegue un papel muy importante en la interacción del usuario con los edificios, pudiendo así brindar un ambiente cultural y enriquecedor en cuanto al aprendizaje y a las experiencias.

Cartagena is recognized for being the heritage of Colombia, and one of the most important tourist destinations in the country, since in addition to being a coastal city it contains a lot of tourist attraction thanks to its colonial architecture and cultural variety that gives it its characteristic identity with buildings, monuments, gastronomy, history, and its local population. It is important that in addition to the conservation that has been given to its heritage, innovation is given, in addition, to give rise to the presence of new spaces that allow the development of culture, in this case with a project that prevents customs gastronomic are forgotten by the growth and arrival of new cultures, thus maintaining the importance and pleasure of local, traditional culinary art, preserving the flavors but innovating its presentation and forms of preparation to create new haute cuisine experiences enhancing the classic flavors and representative of the region. A project that allows the user to interact with the culture of Cartagena, through participation such as the kitchen, and different cultural workshops including music. The volumes of the project will have a fragmentation, thus allowing a large public space to pass through and play a very important role in the user's interaction with the buildings, thus being able to provide a cultural and enriching environment in terms of learning and experiences.
