Patrimonio y contexto urbano

Abstract

En el presente trabajo se hablara sobre el problema de la desarticulación entre el patrimonio y el contexto urbano, las principales consecuencias de este problema son la desconexión entre el edificio y el patrimonio existente, lo que causa que no haya una lectura continua del paisaje patrimonial, abandono del patrimonio, debido a la carente adecuación de los espacios dentro de este, lo que causa una inhabilitación de los espacios dentro del patrimonio y desconexión entre el patrimonio y el contexto urbano causado por una falta de redes urbanas que lo conecte causado por límites físicos que lo separan de esta manera para intentar solventar con el problema de investigación se trabaja la hipótesis de que entre mayor conexiones urbanas con los nodos, patrimonios, zonas verdes y mayor apropiación por parte de la comunidad, menor abandono deterioro y desconexión.

Dándonos como resultado un proyecto arquitectónico que se acopla a las necesidades sociales, arquitectónicas y patrimoniales del sector, que revitaliza el sector donde se encuentra implantado al generar conexiones urbanas y espacios públicos que invitan a la población a ser partícipes y apropiar este lugar.

In this thesis we talk about the problem of the disarticulation between the heritage and the urban context, the main consequences of this problem are the disconnection between the building and the existing heritage, which causes that a continuous reading of the heritage landscape is not found, abandonment of the heritage, due to the lack of adequacy of the spaces within it, which causes a disqualification of the spaces within the heritage and disconnection between the heritage and the urban context caused by a lack of urban networks that connect it to produce due to physical limits that separate it in this way to try to solve the research problem, the hypothesis is that between greater urban connections with nodes, heritage sites, green areas and greater appropriation by the community, less abandonment, deterioration and disconnection. Resulting in an architectural project that is coupled to the social, architectural and patrimonial needs of the sector, which revitalizes the donated sector, it is implemented by generating urban connections and public spaces that invite the population to a place where they participate and appropriate it.
