Relación entre el lugar y el sitio a través del emplazamiento y la composición en un equipamiento de vivienda en anolaima, Cundinamarca

Abstract

Para el arquitecto es importante la relación entre que tiene un proyecto con el sitio, es decir, el edificio se debe vincular al contexto evitando una desconexión de las dinámicas urbanas, así mismo, la implantación de un proyecto arquitectónico trae consigo un fuerte impacto ambiental, social y cultural para el entorno. Para que el proyecto tenga una vinculación con el ambiente es importante considerar aspectos del contexto, por esto el objetivo de esta investigación es identificar estrategias de composición frente al emplazamiento que mitiguen el impacto que tiene la construcción de un proyecto en una zona rural, esto se realizara por medio de la caracterización del sitio identificando aspectos del contexto como la topografía, las visuales y el clima permitiendo conocer el lugar y proponer estrategias frente al reconocimiento del espacio las cuales serán pensadas en función de tener un vínculo con el lugar generando una relación entre lo existente y lo nuevo y preservar el entorno ofreciendo calidad de vida al usuario y mitigado la alta contaminación. Se aborda el análisis de proyectos para identificar estas estrategias y se pone en práctica en la realización de un club house para adultos mayores en el municipio de Anolaima, Cundinamarca.

For the architect, the relationship between what a project has with the site is important, that is, the building must be linked to the context avoiding a disconnection from urban dynamics, likewise, the implementation of an architectural project brings with it a strong environmental impact, social and cultural for the environment. For the project to have a link with the environment, it is important to consider aspects of the context, for this reason the objective of this research is to identify composition strategies in front of the site that mitigate the impact that the construction of a project has in a rural area, this is It will be carried out through the characterization of the site, identifying aspects of the context such as topography, visuals and climate, allowing to know the place and propose strategies against the recognition of the space which will be thought based on having a link with the place, generating a relationship between existing and new and preserving the environment by offering quality of life to the user and mitigating high pollution. The analysis of projects is approached to identify these strategies and it is put into practice in the realization of a club house for older adults in the municipality of Anolaima, Cundinamarca.
