Espacio público regenerador de sistemas vivos en Bosque Calderón Tejada: una intevención de carácter urbano que busca el fortalecimiento de la relación infraestructura-persona-naturaleza

Abstract

El presente trabajo de tesis tiene como principal objetivo fortalecer el valor ambiental y social en los cerros orientales en Bogotá, por medio de diferentes estrategias que plantea el diseño regenerativo eco-social, brindando de la misma manera beneficios ecosistémicos y de hábitat a los barrios informales; que, por distintas situaciones políticas, sociales o económicos se han ido asentado en ese lugar a lo largo del tiempo. Este trabajo se centra en estudiar las necesidades de los sistemas vivos en el barrio Bosque Calderón Tejada en cual cuenta con aprox. 1328 habitantes para el año 2017 y hasta el día de hoy no se encuentra legalizado. Se encontraron una serie de problemáticas de ámbito social, infraestructura y ambiental a partir de un análisis perceptual y técnico. Con base a eso, se plantean estrategias de regeneración urbana que de soluciones al déficit de equipamientos, mixticidad de usos y espacios recreativos dentro del barrio; estrategias sociales a partir del diseño participativo y la integración de la comunidad para potencializar la memoria del barrio y aplicarla al concepto del diseño y finalmente las estrategias ambientales donde se plantea la recuperación de la salud de los cerros en los lugares donde se han visto mayormente afectados por los asentamientos informales. A través de una intervención urbana, se logra el mejoramiento de la calidad de vida de la comunidad propiciando espacios de recreación y permanencia, equipamientos culturales y comerciales, los cuales son escasos actualmente. Además, de generar seguridad alimentaria a través de las huertas y la comercialización de las mismas dentro del barrio. Y se logra la reconexión con el entorno natural, por medio de la utilización de materiales de bajo impacto y la utilización arborización para nativa para reforestar y complementar las actividades dentro de la intervención.

The present thesis work has as main objective to strengthen the environmental and social value in the eastern hills in Bogota, by means of different strategies that proposes the regenerative eco-designsocial, providing ecosystem and habitat benefits in the same way to informal neighbourhoods, which, due to different political, social or economic situations, have settled in that place over time. This work focuses on studying the needs of living systems in the Bosque Calderón Tejada neighborhood in which it has approx. 1328 inhabitants for the year 2017 and to this day is not legalized. A series of problems were found in the social, infrastructure and environmental areas based on a perceptual and technical analysis. Based on this, urban regenerative strategies are proposed such solutions to the shortage of equipment, mixticity of uses and recreational spaces within the neighborhood; social strategies based on participatory design and community integration to enhance the memory of the neighborhood and apply it to the concept of design and finally the environmental strategies where the recovery of the health of the hills in places where have been mostly affected by informal settlements. Through an urban intervention, the improvement of the quality of life of the community is achieved by promoting spaces for recreation and permanence, cultural and commercial facilities, which are currently scarce. In addition, to generate food security through the orchards and the marketing of them within the neighborhood. And the reconnection with the natural environment is achieved, through the use of low-impact materials and the use of native trees to reforest and complement the activities within the intervention.
