Propuesta arquitectónica para el complejo de viviendas multifamiliares mediante contenedores marítimos en el barrio Ipanema de la ciudad de Neiva – Huila

Abstract

El proyecto de habitabilidad: eficiencia ocupacional, es una propuesta de vivienda multifa-miliar mediante contenedores marítimos reciclados en la ciudad de Neiva, en el barrio ipanema. El proyecto busca contribuir a la disminución de la problemática de los asentamientos o invasiones en la periferia de la ciudad, Así como a la calidad de vivienda de las familias que habitan en estos lugares que sufren en su mayoría pobreza extrema que componen la desigualdad que existe en Colombia, y en este caso específico en la ciudad de Neiva, generando problemas de salud física y mental en la población, con una tipo de arquitectura flexible, económica y sostenible. El proyecto propone una exploración del espacio habitable y urbano a través de contendores que permitan mayor legibilidad, permeabilidad, y eficiencia espacial teniendo en cuenta criterios de sostenibilidad económica y ambiental, aportando una alternativa de vivienda habitable, inclusiva y económica para la comunidad. Torres Jaquez tiene un enfoque primero bioclimático, debido a las condiciones climatológicas de la ciudad de Neiva y la materialidad de los contenedores, el diseño de sus espacios deben ser confortables y habitables para el usuario, evitando cualquier artefacto de refrigeración, Segundo tecnológico, donde se propone un sistema estructura fuera del tradicional, que funciona para el desarrollo de las edificaciones y por último, sostenible, buscando la eficiencia energética, econó-mica y reduciendo la contaminación y sobre todo mejorando las características particulares del Barrio Ipanema, generando memoria y rompiendo las deficiencias en las interacciones sociales y urbanísticas que se presentan en la actualidad.

The habitability project: occupational efficiency, is a multifamily housing proposal using recycled shipping containers in the city of Neiva, in the ipanema neighborhood. The project seeks to contribute to the reduction of the problem of settlements or invasions in the periphery of the city, as well as to the quality of housing of the families that live in these places that suffer mostly from extreme poverty that make up the inequality that exists in Colombia, and in this specific case in the city of Neiva, generating physical and mental health problems in the population, with a type of flexible, economic and sustainable architecture. The project proposes an exploration of the habitable and urban space through containers that allow greater legibility, permeability, and spatial efficiency, taking into account criteria of economic and environmental sustainability, providing a habitable, inclusive and economic housing alternative for the community. Torres Jaquez has a first bioclimatic approach, due to the weather conditions of the city of Neiva and the materiality of the containers, the design of its spaces must be comfortable and habitable for the user, avoiding any refrigeration device, second technological, where it is proposes a structural system outside the traditional one, which works for the development of buildings and finally, sustainable, seeking energy and economic efficiency and reducing pollution and above all improving the particular characteristics of the Ipanema neighborhood, generating memory and breaking the deficiencies in social and urban interactions that are present today.
