Estrategias de Passive House aplicadas a la vivienda sostenible en Ubaté

Abstract

Se puede evidenciar en los análisis del municipio de Ubaté que hay un déficit de vivienda sostenible en la zona rural del municipio de Ubaté debido a la falta de planeación del municipio, las viviendas que ya existen en la zona veredal en su mayoría tiene un déficit de servicios públicos principales como el agua y la luz. La escases de estos servicios esenciales hace que las personas que viven el área rural migren a la zona urbana del municipio creando un sobredimensionamiento en el casco urbano y replanteando la forma de construcción en las viviendas. Las estrategias de diseño sostenible como la reutilización de recursos y aprovechamiento de materiales de la región, insumos con producción más limpia, uso eficiente y racional de la energía y agua, aprovechando el medio circundante, y hábitos eficientes de los usuarios, aumentan y mejoran la vida útil de la edificación, reduciéndose el impacto negativo al ambiente. El esquema básico de ordenamiento territorial busca la consolidación de las casas que están en la zona rural del municipio para que tengan fácil acceso a los servicios públicos y a al sistema vial del municipio, este acuerdo de ordenamiento también tiene como objetivo integrar los ecosistemas del área rural con los del área urbana para generar un conjunto de corredores ecológicos que mejoren la calidad ambiental del municipio, esto deberá articularse con la estructura ecológica del municipio Este proyecto busca explorar estrategias de diseño sostenible para aplicar en la zona rural del municipio de Ubaté, teniendo como base principios de Passive House, con esto se promueve una forma de vivir diferente y más limpia tanto en la construcción de la vivienda como en la vida útil de la misma, sé propone por medio de un caso de estudio, una vivienda que aproveche los recursos naturales del lugar y reutilizar algunos materiales de construcción, al igual que otros “eco” materiales.

Sustainable design strategies such as the reuse of resources and use of materials from the region, inputs with cleaner production, efficient and rational use of energy and water, taking advantage of the surrounding environment, and efficient habits of users, improved and improve the useful life of the building, reducing the negative impact on the environment. The basic territorial ordering scheme seeks to consolidate the houses that are in the rural area of the municipality so that they have easy access to public services and the municipality's road system, this ordering agreement also aims to integrate the ecosystems of the rural area with those of the urban area to generate a set of ecological corridors that improve the environmental quality of the municipality, this must be articulated with the ecological structure of the municipality. This project seeks to explore sustainable design strategies to apply in the rural area of the municipality of Ubaté, based on the principles of Passive House, with this promoting a different and cleaner way of living both in the construction of the house and in life useful of it, it is proposed through a case study, a house that takes advantage of the natural resources of the place and reuses some construction materials, as well as other “eco” materials.
