La memoria de las sensaciones y la evocación de una arquitectura experiencial

Abstract

El presente proyecto está enfocado en el concepto de fenomenología y memoria del lugar, donde se evoque una arquitectura de sensaciones a partir del contexto histórico y presente del Municipio de Barichara, este proyecto pretende tener un impacto sociocultural y turístico, dentro del casco urbano para generar el arraigo de identidad histórica, cultural, ambiental y paisajística, así tener una sensibilización para que la población tome conciencia de la conservación del patrimonio cultural. Muchas veces dentro de un proyecto arquitectónico, quedan vacíos en cuanto a la memoria y las experiencias que despierta un lugar y un proyecto arquitectónico, su falta de integración con la naturaleza y sensaciones del entorno, no corresponde a lo que evoca y expresa un espacio, esto ha hecho que la arquitectura tenga una brecha en cuanto la experiencia, haciendo que se pierda la intimidad del usuario y su contexto externo e interno con el proyecto. Con esta tesis se plantea realizar un Eco Centro Cultural de artes y oficios, teniendo en cuenta el desarrollo urbano y rural del municipio de Barichara, siguiendo el Plan de Desarrollo, que responda a los objetivos planteados, generando un sistema eco-eficiente para mantener la identidad cultural, histórica y paisajística de la zona, fortaleciendo un mejor desarrollo turístico sostenible para los proyectos a realizar en el sector y sus poblaciones aledañas. Se diseña la integración cultural de la población de Barichara, en el cual se tenga un impacto sociocultural, ambiental y turístico que dentro de la fenomenología se naturalicen las sensaciones, teniendo una continuidad con el espacio y dándole un significado, una percepción a la memoria del lugar, enfrentado una novedad sostenible sin perder la sensibilidad de la dialéctica del lugar. Con este propósito es necesario realizar una consolidación de la imagen del Municipio, dándole continuidad al Plan de Desarrollo, el cual plantea un acuerdo con los ejes estratégicos tres y cuatro del EOT (Esquema de ordenamiento territorial). “Barichara un solo sentir,2020-2023” por esto es preciso acoplarse al desarrollo de los programas y proyectos, para corregir las practicas inadecuadas de los conflictos que presenta el territorio y afectan al recurso hídrico, suelo rural, suelo urbano, sistemas y actividades productivas y al patrimonio turístico, cultural y recreativo.

This document is focused on the concept of phenomenology and memory of the place, where an architecture of sensations is evoked from the historical and present context of the Municipality of Barichara, this project aims to have a socio-cultural and tourist impact within the urban area in order to generate the roots of historical, cultural, environmental and landscape identity, to raise public awareness of the preservation of cultural heritage. Many times, within an architectural project, they remain empty in terms of memory and experiences that awaken a place and an architectural project, its lack of integration with nature and sensations of the environment, does not correspond to what evokes and expresses a space, this has made that the architecture has a gap in the experience, making that the privacy of the user is lost and its external and internal context with the project. With this thesis it is proposed to carry out an Eco Cultural Center of arts and crafts, taking into account the urban and rural development of the municipality of Barichara, following the Development Plan, which responds to the proposed objectives, generating an eco-systemefficient to maintain the cultural, historical and landscape identity of the area, strengthening a better sustainable tourism development for the projects to be carried out in the sector and its surrounding populations. The cultural integration of the population of Barichara is carried out, in which it has a socio-cultural, environmental and tourist impact that within the phenomenology sensations are naturalized, having a continuity with the space and giving it a meaning, a perception to the memory of the place, faced with a sustainable novelty without losing the sensitivity of the dialectic of the place. For this purpose, it is necessary to consolidate the image of the Municipality, giving continuity to the Development Plan, which proposes an agreement with the three and four strategic axes of the EOT. (Land Use Plan) "Barichara un solo sentir,2020-2023" for this reason it is necessary to be coupled to the development of programs and projects, to correct the inadequate practices of the conflicts that occur in the territory that affect the water resource, rural soil, urban soil, production systems and activities and the tourist, cultural and recreational heritage.
